Absolute delicious delights. Really love your lemon garlic pork and pesto chicken. macros on the packaging also helps us stay aware of our daily caloric counts. It helps me teach my son about the importance of right nutrition. I am happy he is inclined towards a healthy lifestyle just how i am. He is 15 year old and loves your chicken parmesan and beef bowl.

I really cannot cook everyday when i come back at 7 after work. I leave home at 8am and that doe snot allow me time to cook.
Last week i came across an ad for this meal prep and I wanted to give it a shot. First time every, I tried a meal prep and I cannot explain the relief that you feel when you know your meal is ready to be eaten up.!
Convenience is a 10/10 and the taste of the meals is 8.5/10 for me. I like my meals more spicy, so i add the extra spices myself over it. My sister would rate them 9/10.

This is my 6th order, and I am very happy with this plan. The meals are very filling, with great quality taste, and the sauces are fabulous. I remember ordering from other meal prep services, and there was no taste. Your meals made me so happy and stayed fresh for up to 4 days in my fridge.

Under 550 kcal is perfect for people looking to reduce on their weight. However if you are looking for muscle building, go with the high protein meals in this menu.

This is Vegan bulgogi which they had in their previous menu as well. Its one of the great dishes I have tried. The sauces you send are amazing. can we buy them separately as well please.

The food is very flavourful and i love the fact that you are transparent with the nutrition. I did notice that your meals had enough protein unlike other meal preps who send over more of the salad and less meat. Extra star for that.
